Your cancellation rights

Eligible UK online customers normally have 14 days after receipt of goods to tell us they wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Contact us via our Contact page, giving your order number and a clear cancellation statement.

Refunds

We will refund eligible returned orders, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, as applicable under UK law. Refunds go to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. A lawful deduction for diminished value due to excessive handling may apply.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, you normally pay the direct return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise. Costs vary by carrier, parcel and return destination. Contact us for the correct return location before sending anything. Do not ship to our registered office without confirmation.

Faulty or incorrect products

Contact us if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. Your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights remain unaffected; where legally required we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs.

Exceptions

Statutory exceptions may apply to certain goods, such as bespoke products and certain unsealed hygiene-sensitive items. Relevant exceptions will be disclosed before ordering.
